All specimens are sustainably and ethically sourced. The lifespan of a butterfly or insect can be as little as one week or as long as one year. Because they live their full lives and die of natural causes, the specimen you receive may have some imperfections (i.e., missing an antenna(s) or a small rip in the wing). Even with minor imperfections, we ensure each product is high quality.
